How the Universal Pendant Mount USBCNC-INT Works

This device, called the USBCNC-INT, is a simple solution for getting your CNC files to and from your machine. It's a small box that connects to your machine's pendant and lets you use a standard USB flash drive.

Instead of needing a computer right next to your machine, you can simply plug in a USB drive to the USBCNC to:

Move files: Easily save programs from your machine onto a USB key or upload new programs from the USB key to your machine.

Run large programs: The device has a feature called DNC (Direct Numerical Control), which lets you run large files that are bigger than your machine's internal memory. It "drip feeds" the file to the machine as it's needed.

The main benefit of this system is that you don't have to keep a computer on the shop floor where it can get dusty or damaged. By putting the USBCNC box near your machine's control panel, you can use shorter cables, which allows for faster and more reliable data transfer. This also means you don't have to walk back and forth between a computer and your machine to start a job.
